Stilettos Slice Shop is the Speedy Romeo spin-off on the Lower East Side making gimmicky-but-good pizza.
If you love pizza and people with dogged determination, make the time to visit this farmers’ market pizza stand.
Where else are you going to find a world-class, historically significant slice for that price?
I’m ashamed to admit it, but this is the first time I’m trying Dani’s signature pesto slice with sauce ladled on top. It’s fantastic.
Like I always say about this slice, it smacks of DRUNK-EATS GUT BOMB, but it’s anything but.
